About
Dr. Nirina Khadgi serves as the Senior Environmental Specialist at HRFN. She is an environmental scientist with expertise in environmental assessment, natural resource management, and climate change research. She holds a PhD in Environmental Science and Engineering from Hohai University, China, and has over a decade of professional experience working in Nepal, Germany, and China. Beyond consulting, Dr. Khadgi contributes to academia and capacity building through lectures and training on environmental assessment (EIA), Ecosystem-based Adaptation (EBA), Nature-based Solution (NBS), sustainable development, and science-policy interfaces.
